Professional Summary

Noah Lemke is a doctoral student in the Texas A&M University Department of Entomology. His research interests are both basic and applied, including modeling, ex-situ, and in-situ approaches to studying the reproductive biology and behavior of the black soldier fly, Hermetia illucens. His work identifies and addresses key knowledge gaps in the emerging sustainable agriculture industrial movement, and aims to optimize production of this highly beneficial insect and develop novel technologies.
