Dimitra Papantoniou, Ph.D. is a post-doctoral research associate in the Texas A&M University Department of Entomology. Her research interests lie in the fields of plant chemical ecology and plant multitrophic interactions. Moreover, Dimitra collaborates in experiments aiming to optimize black soldier fly (BSFL) production from dairy industry waste and provide a sustainable and more efficient management waste solution.
