Hitoshi Tsujimoto, PhD is an assistant research scientist in Zach Adelman’s lab in the Department of Entomology. His interest is in handling of iron contained in bloodmeal in the dengue vector mosquito, Aedes aegypti. He also works on various aspects in genetics/genomics and physiology of mosquitoes to find out clues to reduce transmission of pathogens.
